Ingredientes

  • Carcass and skin from smoked turkey
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 5-6 ribs celery
  • 1 lg. bag dry split green peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cover bones and skin with water in a large pot. Simmer for about 1 hour. Remove bones and skins from broth. Leave meat in broth. Add in other ingredients and simmer 3 hrs. Add in more water or possibly canned chicken broth if needed. Easy.
