Receta Smoked Turkey Soup
Ingredientes
- Carcass and skin from smoked turkey
- 1 lg. onion
- 5-6 ribs celery
- 1 lg. bag dry split green peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cover bones and skin with water in a large pot. Simmer for about 1 hour. Remove bones and skins from broth. Leave meat in broth. Add in other ingredients and simmer 3 hrs. Add in more water or possibly canned chicken broth if needed. Easy.
