Ingredientes

  • 1 (7 3/4 ounce.) can salmon, remove skin and bones
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. dry parsley
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon liquid smoke (to taste)
  • 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except pecans. Roll into a ball. Roll ball in minced pecans. Refrigerateovernight.
