Snowflake Pudding Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 env. gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Direcciones

  1. Heat sugar, salt, gelatin and lowfat milk. Refrigerateand add in vanilla. When it begins to congeal, add in coconut and the whipped cream. Chill at least 4 hrs.
  2. Bring sauce ingredients to a boil and then chill.
  3. Serve sauce over pudding.
