Ingredientes

  • 300 g fresh yellow beans (or sterilized)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • smaller bunch of celery leaves
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • oil
  • fine flour
  • ground red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • salt, ground black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Beans cut into about 3 inch pieces and boil in salted water. Add the whole peeled onion, cleaned peppers, tomatoes, diced peeled potatoes and celery leaves.
  2.   Almost softened vegetables, pour some cream, thicken with roux prepared from oil, flour and paprika and cook.
  3.   Peppers, onions, tomato and celery leaves in soups removed. Add to the finished soup chopped parsley.
