Ingredientes
- 300 g fresh yellow beans (or sterilized)
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2-3 potatoes
- smaller bunch of celery leaves
- 200 ml whipping cream
- oil
- fine flour
- ground red pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- salt, ground black pepper
Direcciones
- Beans cut into about 3 inch pieces and boil in salted water. Add the whole peeled onion, cleaned peppers, tomatoes, diced peeled potatoes and celery leaves.
- Â Almost softened vegetables, pour some cream, thicken with roux prepared from oil, flour and paprika and cook.
- Â Peppers, onions, tomato and celery leaves in soups removed. Add to the finished soup chopped parsley.
