Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 lb pkg. powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 or 2 drops of your choice of food coloring

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar and butter, beat with electric mixer until creamy about 5 minutes
  2. add eggs one at a time, blending well after each egg
  3. add vanilla and mix well
  4. combine all dry ingredients together
  5. add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients one cup at a time
  6. blend well
  7. roll into one inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  8. bake for 10-15 minutes
  9. cool on a wire rack
  10. frost when they are completely cool
