Ingredientes

  • 1 x Chopped Onion
  • 1 x Chopped Clove Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 4 ounce Tomato Sauce
  • 3 quart Beef Stock
  • 3/4 lb Grnd Beef
  • 3/4 lb Grnd Pork
  • 1/3 c. Raw Rice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Slightly Beaten Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Mint Leaves

Direcciones

  1. Wilt onion and garlic in oil; add in tomato sauce and beef stock. Heat to boiling point. Mix meat with rice, egg, mint, salt and pepper; shape into little balls. Drop into boiling broth. Cover tightly and cook 30 min.
  2. Will freeze nicely.
