Receta Sopa De Albondigas (Meat Ball Soup)

Ingredientes
- 1 x Chopped Onion
- 1 x Chopped Clove Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 4 ounce Tomato Sauce
- 3 quart Beef Stock
- 3/4 lb Grnd Beef
- 3/4 lb Grnd Pork
- 1/3 c. Raw Rice
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Slightly Beaten Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Mint Leaves
Direcciones
- Wilt onion and garlic in oil; add in tomato sauce and beef stock. Heat to boiling point. Mix meat with rice, egg, mint, salt and pepper; shape into little balls. Drop into boiling broth. Cover tightly and cook 30 min.
- Will freeze nicely.
