Ingredientes

  • Cream together:
  • ¼ lb. Butter
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 C. Flour
  • 1 t. Baking Powder
  • 1 t. Soda
  • ½ t. Salt
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 1/2 Pt. Sour Cream (1 cup)
  • Topping
  • ¼ Lb. Butter
  • 1 C. Flour
  • ½ C. Sugar
  • 2 t. Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan.
  3. Mix butter with sugar.
  4. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt, and set aside.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, vanilla, and sour cream.
  6. Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately.
  7. Bake 30 minutes.
  8. Blend topping ingredients well and put on top of cake for an additional 5 minutes more in oven.
  9. Enjoy!
