Receta Sophie’s Crumb Cake with Sour Cream
Ingredientes
- Cream together:
- ¼ lb. Butter
- 1 C. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 C. Flour
- 1 t. Baking Powder
- 1 t. Soda
- ½ t. Salt
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 1/2 Pt. Sour Cream (1 cup)
- Topping
- ¼ Lb. Butter
- 1 C. Flour
- ½ C. Sugar
- 2 t. Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Mix butter with sugar.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt, and set aside.
- Add eggs, one at a time, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Blend topping ingredients well and put on top of cake for an additional 5 minutes more in oven.
