Receta SOS

SOS

This is a simple recipe that my dad used to make for us. For a while My parents fell on hard times and this one was a meal they could afford so we ate it often. It can be served on Texas Toast or mashed potatoes. Personally I like it on Mashed potatoes.

  2. while potatoes are cooking heat a skillet if using hamburger or breakfast sausage mix in onion with either of these, cook over medium heat until cooked thru, drain and
  3. rinse( skip this step if using budding lunch meat).
  4. Make gravy according to package directions.
  5. Once gravy is thick combine gravy with the meat you decided to use.
  6. Once potatoes are tender enough; drain.
  7. In a large bowl combine butter, milk with potatoes and mix with a mixer or by hand until thoroughly mixed.
