- In a medium bowl, combine crushed pineapple with juice, the two boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix and the sugar. When completely blended, add sour cream and sitr until completely blended. Pour into already baked pie shell. Refrigerate for a few hours. When ready to serve, top with whipped topping.
