Receta Sour Cream Raisin

Ingredientes
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
- 1 c. raisins (water sufficient to cover)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. water (liquid removed off raisins)
Direcciones
- Place raisins in small saucepan. Add in water to cover. Bring to boil. Let stand. In heavy saucepan mix together sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon. Add in lowfat sour cream. Stir well. Beat in egg yolks. Stir in lowfat milk and cook over medium heat till pudding comes to boil. (Mix will be thick). Remove from heat. Drain raisins. Add in raisins and pour into pie shell. Top with meringue (if you like).
