Receta Sourdough Focaccia
Ingredientes
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 2 T olive oil (plus extra to drizzle on the top)
- your choice of toppings
- 1 large portobello mushroom cap, diced
- Add salt and 2 T olive oil to the dough
- Press and spread the dough out evenly with wet hands to an inch thickness
