Ingredientes

  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 2 T olive oil (plus extra to drizzle on the top)
  • your choice of toppings
  • 1 large portobello mushroom cap, diced
  • Add salt and 2 T olive oil to the dough
  • Press and spread the dough out evenly with wet hands to an inch thickness
