Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Gourmet Blend
  • 1/2 c. brown rice flour
  • 1/2 c. sweet potato flour
  • 1 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp caraway seeds (4 to 5)
  • 1 pkt dry yeast
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 c. light molasses
  • 3/4 c. sourdough starter
  • 7/8 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Combine and whisk all dry ingredients well. Add in to machine. Combine and whisk all wet ingredients well. Add in to machine. Options: All Gourmet Blend can be used. No Fat or possibly low fat Ricotta cheese can be used.
