Ingredientes
- 2 c. Gourmet Blend
- 1/2 c. brown rice flour
- 1/2 c. sweet potato flour
- 1 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 3Â 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1Â 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp caraway seeds (4 to 5)
- 1 pkt dry yeast
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1/4 c. light molasses
- 3/4 c. sourdough starter
- 7/8 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Direcciones
- Combine and whisk all dry ingredients well. Add in to machine. Combine and whisk all wet ingredients well. Add in to machine. Options: All Gourmet Blend can be used. No Fat or possibly low fat Ricotta cheese can be used.
