Ingredientes

  • Chicken parts
  • 4 1/2 c. water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sage
  • 2 c. cornmeal

  1. In 4 1/2 c. water boil chicken parts till meat is falling off the bones. Remove chicken, pick off meat. Strain broth. Should be 4 c. broth, add in meat, salt, pepper and sage to taste. Bring to boil. Slowly stir in 2 c. cornmeal. Simmer about 15 min, stirring often. Pour into oiled bread pans. Cold in refrigerator. Then slice, dredge in flour and fry lightly.
