Ingredientes

  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 T flour
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Scald lowfat milk in top of double boiler. Mix sugar, flour and salt; add in small amount of lowfat milk to dry ingredients. Add in egg yolks. Add in mix to lowfat milk and cook in double boiler till custard coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. May be served warm or possibly cold. Custard will be the consistency of cream soup.
