Ingredientes

  • 3 c. canned yellow corn
  • 3 x Large eggs well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 pt scalded lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs and add in flour, salt, sugar and melted butter. Mix well. Add in lowfat milk and corn to egg mix, mixing well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees till hard, approximately 30 to 40 min.
