Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Self-Rising Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. to 1/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 x 15 1/2 ounce Can Cream Style White Corn
  • 1/4 c. Whipping Cream or possibly Half & Half
  • 3 lrg fresh Large eggs, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Butter or possibly spray a casserole or possibly souffle baking dish.
  2. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add in flour and stir into butter and cook about 2 min to create a roux. Don't brown. Set aside and add in sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika (optional). In a medium bowl, combine creamed style corn
  3. (white), cream or possibly Half & Half,plus the 3 Large eggs, beaten. Combine. Add in roux mix, mixing all together well.
  4. Pour mix into the prepared baking dish. Bake in center of preheated oven about 40 min or possibly, till set and turning golden.
