Receta Southern Corn Pudding Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp. Self-Rising Flour
- 2 Tbsp. to 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 x 15 1/2 ounce Can Cream Style White Corn
- 1/4 c. Whipping Cream or possibly Half & Half
- 3 lrg fresh Large eggs, beaten
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Butter or possibly spray a casserole or possibly souffle baking dish.
- Heat butter in a saucepan. Add in flour and stir into butter and cook about 2 min to create a roux. Don't brown. Set aside and add in sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika (optional). In a medium bowl, combine creamed style corn
- (white), cream or possibly Half & Half,plus the 3 Large eggs, beaten. Combine. Add in roux mix, mixing all together well.
- Pour mix into the prepared baking dish. Bake in center of preheated oven about 40 min or possibly, till set and turning golden.
