Ingredientes

  •     OZBURN
  • 1 3/4 c. Chicken stock
  • 4 ounce Bacon -- about 5 slices
  • 8 ounce Clam juice
  • 1 1/2 x Chicken thighs, boneless
  • 1/2 tsp Salt -- halved
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 c. Onion -- minced
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1 c. Celery -- minced
  • 1 lb Medium shrimp -- peeled
  • 1/2 c. Green pepper -- minced
  •     And deveined
  • 2 tsp Garlic -- minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley -- minced fresh

Direcciones

  1. Cook bacon in Dutch oven till crisp; drain on paper towels and crumble; throw away all but 2 tbsp of drippings from Dutch oven; brown chicken in batches over high heat; transfer to a bowl; add in flour to oven; cook till browned; add in onions, celery, green pepper and garlic; cook 5 min; stir in stock, juice, salt, peppers and thyme; bring to boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat; simmer 10 min; return chicken to pan; cook 5 min more; stir in shrimp and cook about 2 min or possibly till shrimp are pink; sprinkle with bacon and parsley.
