Receta Southern Style Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 plus cube butter, soft
- 1 (8 ounce.) container plain yogurt
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1 heaping tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook at 425 degrees. Combine flour, soda, salt and baking pwdr. Cut in butter. Mix yogurt with lowfat milk and stir into flour mix. Let rest 10 min; turn out onto floured plastic sheet. Knead dough 25 to 30 times. Pat out dough to about 3/8 to 1/2 inch. Cut biscuits to size you wish, about 2 inches. Place on cookie sheet and bake 12 to 14 min depending on your oven. Makes 15 biscuits.
