Ingredientes

  • 6 x Ears fresh corn
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Coarsely grnd pepper
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cut corn from cobs. Scrape cobs with a sharp knife to remove lowfat milk. Heat butter in a skillet, stir in corn and corn lowfat milk, water and sugar. Cook corn till done. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Cook a few min longer. Don't boil.
  2. Yield: 6 servings.
