Receta Southern Style Creamed Corn

Ingredientes
- 6 x Ears fresh corn
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Coarsely grnd pepper
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cut corn from cobs. Scrape cobs with a sharp knife to remove lowfat milk. Heat butter in a skillet, stir in corn and corn lowfat milk, water and sugar. Cook corn till done. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Cook a few min longer. Don't boil.
- Yield: 6 servings.
