Ingredientes

  • 2 x Garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 c. Tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Red pepper pod, seeded
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 1 pkt Spaghetti
  •     Grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat with the garlic and red pepper.
  2. When garlic is golden brown, remove pan from heat and allow to cold a bit. Add in tomatoes, crushing them slightly. Add in parsley, basil, and salt and cook over low flame about 30 min. Add in oregano and tomato paste, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 15 min or possibly till thickened.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain, and place on serving dish. Pour sauce over spaghetti, mix lightly, and serve at once with grated cheese.
