Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 15 ounce. can tomato sauce
  • 16 ounce. can tomato paste
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 to 4 ounce. shredded Mozzarella

Direcciones

  1. Cook and drain spaghetti. Toss with butter and stir in Parmesan cheese and Large eggs. Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate. Top with Ricotta cheese to create a pocket and leave a rim of spaghetti crust.
  2. Cook meat, onion and pepper till brown. Drain excess fat then add in remaining ingredients except Mozzarella. Heat through. Spoon this meat sauce over Ricotta. Bake 350 degrees for 20 min. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 min. Serve.
