Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, thin slivers
  • 2 c. Fresh Or possibly Frzn Broccoli*, minced
  • 12 ounce Spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. Pignoli, toasted
  •     Grated Parmesan Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Slightly thawed if frzn.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet over low heat; stir in garlic. Saute/fry, stirring, just till edges begin to turn golden brown, about 3 min. Add in the broccoli; cover and cook over low heat till tender, about 5 min.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water till al dente, or possibly hard to the bite, about 7 to 10 min; drain.
  4. Toss with broccoli and garlic oil; sprinkle with pignoli and grated cheese before serving.
