Receta Spaghetti With Broccoli And Pignoli In Browned Garlic Oil

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, thin slivers
- 2 c. Fresh Or possibly Frzn Broccoli*, minced
- 12 ounce Spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. Pignoli, toasted
- Â Â Grated Parmesan Cheese

- *Slightly thawed if frzn.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over low heat; stir in garlic. Saute/fry, stirring, just till edges begin to turn golden brown, about 3 min. Add in the broccoli; cover and cook over low heat till tender, about 5 min.
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water till al dente, or possibly hard to the bite, about 7 to 10 min; drain.
- Toss with broccoli and garlic oil; sprinkle with pignoli and grated cheese before serving.
