Spaghetti With Broccoli Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  •     Boiling Salt Water
  • 1 pkt Frzn Broccoli Spears 10 ounce.
  •     CHEESE SAUCE
  • 2 x Egg Yolks
  • 1 c. Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 dsh Nutmeg or possibly Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Cook spaghetti and broccoli separatley in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain. Keep hot
  2. Meanwhile prepare sauce: Beat egg yolks, cheeses and lowfat sour cream together in a bowl. Pour into saucepan.
  3. Slowly heat the sauce, stirring constantly till smooth and creamy.
  4. Add in broccoli spears. Season with nutmeg or possibly paprika.
  5. Serve spaghetti in large bowl, sprinkle with a little nutmeg or possibly paprika. Serve sauce alongside.
  6. NOTES : In place of broccoli you could use zucchini, lightly sauteed, asparagus or possibly Brussels Sprouts
