Receta Spaghetti With Broccoli Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Spaghetti
- Â Â Boiling Salt Water
- 1 pkt Frzn Broccoli Spears 10 ounce.
- Â Â CHEESE SAUCE
- 2 x Egg Yolks
- 1 c. Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1Â 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 dsh Nutmeg or possibly Paprika
Direcciones
- Cook spaghetti and broccoli separatley in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain. Keep hot
- Meanwhile prepare sauce: Beat egg yolks, cheeses and lowfat sour cream together in a bowl. Pour into saucepan.
- Slowly heat the sauce, stirring constantly till smooth and creamy.
- Add in broccoli spears. Season with nutmeg or possibly paprika.
- Serve spaghetti in large bowl, sprinkle with a little nutmeg or possibly paprika. Serve sauce alongside.
- NOTES : In place of broccoli you could use zucchini, lightly sauteed, asparagus or possibly Brussels Sprouts
