Spaghetti With Creamy Bacon And Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 300 gm spaghetti or possibly penne
  • 4 x lean bacon rashers, minced
  • 1 pkt MAGGI White Sauce Mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 x 150 millilit CARNATION Light Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp MAGGI Mushroom Stock Pwdr
  • 200 gm mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook the pasta following the packet directions.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan. Add in the bacon and cook for 2-3 min.
  3. Combine the sauce mix, water, evaporated lowfat milk and stock pwdr.
  4. Add in to the pan and bring to the boil, stirring.
  5. Add in the mushrooms, then simmer for 5 min. Stir occasionally.
  6. Season with black pepper and stir in the parsley.
  7. Drain the pasta. Combine with the sauce and toss well before serving.
