Receta Spaghetti With Creamy Bacon And Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes
- 300 gm spaghetti or possibly penne
- 4 x lean bacon rashers, minced
- 1 pkt MAGGI White Sauce Mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 x 150 millilit CARNATION Light Evaporated Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp MAGGI Mushroom Stock Pwdr
- 200 gm mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
- Cook the pasta following the packet directions.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add in the bacon and cook for 2-3 min.
- Combine the sauce mix, water, evaporated lowfat milk and stock pwdr.
- Add in to the pan and bring to the boil, stirring.
- Add in the mushrooms, then simmer for 5 min. Stir occasionally.
- Season with black pepper and stir in the parsley.
- Drain the pasta. Combine with the sauce and toss well before serving.
