Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix well with spoon:
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mix for topping. To the rest add in:
  3. Beat 4 min with mixer. Divide into 2 loaves in greased bread pans. Sprinkle 1/4 cup reserved crumbs on each loaf. Press lightly into dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Cool for 10 min before removing from pans. I used two foil pans 7 7/8 x 3 7/8 x 2 1/2 inches.
