Receta Spanish Coffee Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix well with spoon:
- Reserve 1/2 cup of this mix for topping. To the rest add in:
- Beat 4 min with mixer. Divide into 2 loaves in greased bread pans. Sprinkle 1/4 cup reserved crumbs on each loaf. Press lightly into dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Cool for 10 min before removing from pans. I used two foil pans 7 7/8 x 3 7/8 x 2 1/2 inches.
