Ingredientes

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 sm. onion, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, seeded & sliced
  • 10 ounce can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 sm. cucumber, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 T wine vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 3 seconds, refrigerate. Serve with croutons or possibly lowfat sour cream.
