Ingredientes
1 clove garlic
1/2 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, seeded & sliced
10 ounce can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. cucumber, peeled & sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 T extra virgin olive oil
3 T wine vinegar
Direcciones
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 3 seconds, refrigerate. Serve with croutons or possibly lowfat sour cream.
