Receta Spanish Cold Soup
Ingredientes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 sm. onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded & sliced
- 10 ounce can stewed tomatoes
- 1 sm. cucumber, peeled & sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 3 T wine vinegar
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 3 seconds, refrigerate. Serve with croutons or possibly lowfat sour cream.
