Ingredientes

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (#2 size) can cream style corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, minced
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 med. onion, grated
  • 1 sm. jar pimento, minced
  • 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except second cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with second 3/4 cup cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. (Don't overcook.) Serves 8 to 10 people. Double recipe fills 9 x 13 inch pan.
