Receta Spanish Corn Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 (#2 size) can cream style corn
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, minced
- 2 T sugar
- 1 med. onion, grated
- 1 sm. jar pimento, minced
- 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except second cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with second 3/4 cup cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. (Don't overcook.) Serves 8 to 10 people. Double recipe fills 9 x 13 inch pan.
