Ingredientes

  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. corn
  • 4 ounce can green chilies, minced
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, put together all ingredients in the order given. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 min.
