Ingredientes
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 3 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. corn
- 4 ounce can green chilies, minced
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, put together all ingredients in the order given. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 min.
