Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Freshly grnd regular coffee
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 c. Half and half
  • 1 pt Vanilla ice cream

Direcciones

  1. Brew coffee and 4 c. water.
  2. Heat sugar over medium high heat in a heavy skillet, stirring constantly, till a light-brown syrup forms.
  3. Reduce heat to low; add in 1 c. boiling water in a slow, steady stream, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil; boil 2 min. Remove from heat.
  4. Combine sugar mix, brewed coffee and half and half; chill. Top each serving with a scoop of ice cream.
