Ingredientes

  • 10 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 stk Margarine
  • 2 can Minced green chiles small cans
  • 1 pt Cottage cheese
  • 1 lb Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 lb Sausage cooked and crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Bake 15 min at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 35 min. Cut into squares to serve. Leftovers are good heated in the microwave.
  2. Serves 5 to 8.
