Ingredientes
- 10 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 stk Margarine
- 2 can Minced green chiles small cans
- 1 pt Cottage cheese
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 lb Sausage cooked and crumbled
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Bake 15 min at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 35 min. Cut into squares to serve. Leftovers are good heated in the microwave.
- Serves 5 to 8.
