Ingredientes

  • 2 c. cooked or possibly canned tomatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 T green pepper, chopped
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. cooked or possibly canned fish

Direcciones

  1. Simmer tomatoes 10 min, strain. In butter, cook green pepper with onion. Add in flour, gradually stir in strained tomato. Cook till thickened. Add in salt, pepper and sugar and fish. Simmer 15 min. Serve on toast. Serves 3.
