Spanish Peanut Bars

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. Spanish peanuts
  • 6 ounce butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 2 1/2 T butter

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle peanuts on top. Heat butterscotch chips, syrup and remaining butter together. Pour over nuts and bake 10 min or possibly till bubbly. Cut while still warm.
