- Cook peanut butter, butter, 1 cup chocolate chips over low heat. Add in marshmallows (40 large). Heat over low heat. Fold in Rice Krispies and peanuts. Remove from heat. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.Put together lowfat milk, vanilla, 1 cup chocolate chips and butter. Cook over low heat. Pour mix into 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Spread over Rice Krispie mix while warm. Harden in refrigerator. Cut into bars.
