Speedy Tomato, Chick Pea And Spinach Soup

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Vegetable stock
  • 1 can (28 ounce.) Tomatoes
  • 1 x Onion minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Dry sage
  • 1 c. Rotini
  • 1 can (19 ounce) chick peas, liquid removed and rinsed
  • 2 c. Minced fresh spinach
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 dsh Warm pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. In large saucepan, combine stock and tomatoes, breaking up with fork. Add in onion, garlic and sage; bring to a boil. Add in rotini and reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for seven min. Add in chick peas and spinach; cover and cook for three min or possibly till pasta is tender but hard. Stir in pepper and warm pepper.
  2. Makes four to six servings.
