Receta Speedy Tomato, Chick Pea And Spinach Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Vegetable stock
- 1 can (28 ounce.) Tomatoes
- 1 x Onion minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Dry sage
- 1 c. Rotini
- 1 can (19 ounce) chick peas, liquid removed and rinsed
- 2 c. Minced fresh spinach
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 dsh Warm pepper sauce
Direcciones
- In large saucepan, combine stock and tomatoes, breaking up with fork. Add in onion, garlic and sage; bring to a boil. Add in rotini and reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for seven min. Add in chick peas and spinach; cover and cook for three min or possibly till pasta is tender but hard. Stir in pepper and warm pepper.
- Makes four to six servings.
